Happy Wednesday! Just one more workday before Friday!
Greg made a beautiful loaf of whole grain spelt/honey wheat bread last night, and it’s too pretty not to share.
The outside was hearty and crusty, and the inside was soft and moist.
This might be the best bread he’s ever made. Looks like we’re on our way to yet another thing we don’t have to buy already made from a store.
We ate half the loaf last night with vegetable soup, and I enjoyed some more with breakfast this morning.
My favorite post run meal of all time: homemade, whole grain bread, banana, and peanut butter. Perfection.
Something to read: This man think he never has to eat again.
I think it’s nonsense, personally, but enjoyed the read nonetheless.
